✈️ Airport Pickup Instructions (YYZ)

For all airport pickups at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), please follow these steps:

1. After Landing
Your driver will text you the pickup instructions. If you can’t make contact with your driver, please follow these instructions below.

2. Baggage Claim
Collect your luggage as usual. Your driver will track your flight and adjust for any delays.

3. Contact Your Driver
Once you have your luggage, call or text your driver using the number provided.

4. Pickup Location
Pickup locations at both Terminal 1 & Terminal 3 are at Door A at the Prearranged Desk. Please check in under your name and they will summon your driver.

5. Meet & Greet (if selected)
If you booked meet & greet service, your greeter will be waiting inside the terminal holding a name sign.
